What we collect, how we use it and who sees it.

Who we are

Nationwide Advance (Nationwide Advance), New York, NY. Questions about this policy go to admin@nationwideadvance.com.

What we collect

When you apply we collect what you type: your name, mobile number, email, the amount you are looking for and what it is for, when you need it, your industry, your monthly revenue range, time in business, credit range, and whether you have ever defaulted on a loan. We also record the page you applied from, the advertising parameters in that page's address (such as utm and gclid values), your IP address, your browser, and the text and time of the consent you gave. Later in the process your advisor may ask for business bank statements and identification.

How we use it

To review your application, contact you about it, and, if you accept an offer, to fund and service it. We use a soft credit inquiry to check your options; it does not affect your credit score. A hard inquiry happens only after you accept an offer, and we tell you before it does.

Who sees it

It goes to our team and the funding partners who review it for an offer. We share it only with the people and providers we need to process it: our own team, the funding partners who review it for an offer, our CRM and messaging providers, our marketing and analytics providers, credit bureaus, and as required by law.

Cookies and analytics

This site may use cookies and tags (for example Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics) to measure which advertising brought you here and how the site is used. It may also use Google Ads conversion tags, which may send a hashed copy of your email or phone number to Google to measure which ads lead to applications. You can block cookies in your browser; the application still works.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law allows, by writing to admin@nationwideadvance.com. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA; contact us to exercise them.

Security and retention

Applications are stored in access-controlled systems and kept only as long as needed to consider, fund and service them and to meet our legal obligations.
